Here are two EASY ways of how I personally grow my hair faster in just one day/week!

Egg Hair Mask.

The egg hair mask is known to be one of the most effective masks in growing hair due to the substantial amount of protein in eggs. This abundant amount of protein helps our hair grow faster than it’s ever grown. Eggs are so strong for your scalp that it will generate growth within the span of one day.

Instructions:

  • Whisk 1-2 eggs (I use 2 eggs due to my long hair length)
  • Add 3 tbsp of a thick/base oil for moisture & balance. (Olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, castor oil, argan oil, jojoba oil, pumpkin seed oil, etc)
  • Mix the ingredients together to create a balanced hair mask.
  • Apply the hair mask onto your scalp and massage the solution into your roots (part hair and bend over hair to apply everywhere).
  • Apply to rest to the ends of your hair for moisture.
  • Put hair into bun and under a shower cap to seal the mask.
  • Critical: Leave the mask on just for 20 minutes (The thing about this mask is that it is very strong so it only needs 20 minutes to kick in. More than 20 minutes will not be healthy for your scalp or hair.
  • Wash away with shampoo & conditioner in the shower.

Hair Massages.

Now this is something you can do to help grow your hair in the span of one week. If you practice hair massages for a couple minutes everyday, this will encourage blood circulation and speed up your hair growth.

Instructions:

  • Massage scalp with bare hands for a 3-5 minutes everyday.
  • OPTIONAL: Before taking a shower, try applying an essential oil (lavender, peppermint, rosemary, etc) or olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, castor oil, etc, into your scalp and hair.
  • Leave the oils in your hair for 2 hours and then wash away in the shower.

Those are two ways of how you can help to grow your hair in the span of one day as well as during the week.
